About the Event
AMWC will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 5:30 p.m., in person at its business office and virtually. Shareholders are invited to attend or to submit their comments by 4:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. Comments received after the 4:00 p.m. deadline will be included as part of the record but will not be read into the record. Only shareholders (property owners) as of March 14, 2023, are entitled to vote. Voting materials were mailed to Shareholders on April 7.
