Shareholders, new homeowners, and authorized agents may sign up for an online account by clicking the Sign Up button on this page or calling our office at (805) 466-2428 during business hours. If you recently purchased your home and have not already contacted AMWC, this needs to be done before you can access your account online.

Tenants will receive paper bills and may pay their bills online via the Quick Pay option using the account number and address printed on their bill.​ Because AMWC is a mutually owned water utility, only shareholders or their authorized agents are authorized to create and manage an online bill pay account.​​

 

Once registration is complete shareholders, new homeowners, and authorized agents will be able to login to their online account portal where they may:

• View or print water bills

• Enroll in e-billing

• Suppress paper billing

• Set up automatic payments using a credit or debit card

• View transaction and usage history
