Leroy Davis Leroy Davis was born and raised in Atascadero. Mr. Davis has been in the farming and ranching business all his life. He is involved in the Davis Family Trust which formerly owned "3F Meadows." He has been active in community affairs through the Jaycees, Wranglerettes, and San Luis Obispo County's Atascadero Advisory Committee for the Atascadero General Plan, and he is an Elk's Charter member. He is also involved in the “Lakes Development.” He has been a director of the Company since 1980 and has served several terms as President and Vice President of the Company.
Robert ("Grigger") Jones Grigger Jones is an attorney whose business and home are in Atascadero. Mr. Jones served as the City Attorney and the City Clerk for the City of Atascadero from 1984 to 1986. His community services include being an officer and/or director of the Atascadero Chamber of Commerce, North County Women's Shelter, North County Community Resources, Inc., NCI Affiliates, Inc., Atascadero Rotary Club, and San Luis Obispo County Mozart Festival Board. He was also on the Atascadero Planning Commission and is currently President of the Atascadero Loaves and Fishes. He has been a director of the Company since 1991 and has served several terms as President and Vice President of the Company.
Jackie M. Lerno Jackie Lerno has lived in Atascadero since 1976. She was born and raised in Templeton. Mrs. Lerno has over 21 years of experience in escrow, specializing in residential sales, exchanges, bulk sales, liquor license transfers, and mobile home sales. She is currently a loan officer at Colony Mortgage of Atascadero. She was previously employed for more than 8 years at The Mortgage House, Inc. Prior to that, she was the branch manager of Chicago Title Company in Atascadero. She is a past President of the Atascadero Rotary Club. She has been a director of the Company since 1995 and has served as President and Vice President of the Company.
D. Frank Platz Frank Platz is a native of Atascadero. He has been very active in the community as a charter member of the Atascadero Jaycees, 47-year member and past President of Rotary, and a member of the Grand Jury and Atascadero Chamber of Commerce. He also served as San Luis Obispo County Civil Service Commissioner for eight years. Mr. Platz owns a propane business and is past President of the Western Liquid Gas Association and State Director of the National Propane Gas Association. Mr. Platz has been a director of the Company since 1969. During that period, he has served several terms as President and Vice President of the Company.
Brien Vierra Brien is a registered mechanical engineer who earned his degree from Cal Poly. Before starting his own engineering firm, he was a district superintendent and project manager for a Fortune 500 company, where he was a representative for various joint venture companies and technical committees. Brien has many years of experience with the design of cross-country pipelines, tank storage units, pipe stress analysis, project management, conceptual planning, hydraulic analysis, and environmental permitting. An Atascadero native, Brien is active in the community. Besides managing the family ranch, Brien coaches various youth sports and is active with the 4-H.
